How it works
From the customer arriving to the books closing
Register the customer
Photograph the ID, the fields are read, the clerk checks and saves.
Book the car
Pick the car and the dates. Conflicts with an existing booking are refused.
Open the contract
Pricing is computed automatically and the contract prints in your office's design.
Take payments
Each payment is recorded with its method — cash, InstaPay or wallet — and the balance updates immediately.
Close the contract
Late fees and charges are calculated, the final receipt prints, and the account closes to the pound.
